Patience Pearse
A nominee for the WA Excellence in Nursing award (2016) and an award winner for exceptional 2nd-year midwifery student at ACU (2019). I am a hardworking, conscientious, and caring registered nurse with extensive knowledge and years of experience in regional and remote area general inpatient nursing.
I have worked across various wards such as Paediatrics, Med-Surgical-General, and Emergency departments. My strength lies in conducting comprehensive patient assessments. Additionally, I have experience in facilitating multi-disciplinary meetings, precepting student nurses (RNs and ENs), and orienting new employees to the general ward.
